Daily Routine Tips for Success

Once you create a routine and stick to it, no matter where you are it is powerful and works. It takes 26-28 days to make a routine stick.

  • It works best if you create a checklist and check off each thing as you finish it.
    • After you consistently do something it becomes 2nd nature, unconscious. It just happens.
  • First things first!
  • Personal:
    • Wake up and be grateful for everything you have.
      • I also include quiet time for spiritual connection.
        • It’s important to include this because it centers and grounds you.
    • Eat a healthy diet! [No sugars, starches, and carbs. You can find a healthy way to eat by researching online.]
      • Breakfast – This is the most important meal of the day! It fires up your furnace to get your metabolism primed and going.
      • Lunch – This keeps the metabolism balanced.
      • Dinner – This needs to be a light meal, like a salad. It helps calm down your metabolism for resting. We all need to rest/sleep/recharge.
    • Exercise
      • You simply need to move. Just like with eating healthy, you can research online what movements best work for you. Just don’t sit and become sedentary.
  • Business/Work Related:
    • Review & Reevaluate Goals
      • I use the S.M.A.R.T. Goals system. Without them, we aimlessly wander without direction.
        • Breakdown your goals into segments to help you to achieve them.
    • If you have a team: Meet with them.
      • Go over what needs to happen for the day and execute it.
        • I find Asana to be helpful for this.
    • Continuously market, prospect & follow up.
      • Be present
      • Be vulnerable
      • Be transparent
      • Always listen first
