Once you create a routine and stick to it, no matter where you are it is powerful and works. It takes 26-28 days to make a routine stick.
- It works best if you create a checklist and check off each thing as you finish it.
- After you consistently do something it becomes 2nd nature, unconscious. It just happens.

- Eat a healthy diet! [No sugars, starches, and carbs. You can find a healthy way to eat by researching online.]
- Breakfast – This is the most important meal of the day! It fires up your furnace to get your metabolism primed and going.
- Lunch – This keeps the metabolism balanced.
- Dinner – This needs to be a light meal, like a salad. It helps calm down your metabolism for resting. We all need to rest/sleep/recharge.
- Exercise
- You simply need to move. Just like with eating healthy, you can research online what movements best work for you. Just don’t sit and become sedentary.
